Trumbull Business College has been serving the community since 1972 by offering degrees, diplomas, and continuing education programs. 

Accreditations, Approvals, and Memberships

Trumbull Business College is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) to award occupational associate degrees and diplomas.  ACICS is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the United States Department of Education.  Its accreditation of degree-granting institutions is also recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

Admission Policy

The general policy of Trumbull Business College is to accept students who have graduated from high school or who have obtained a G.E.D. certificate. The applicant must also be available for a personal interview with an admissions representative and successfully complete the Wonderlic Basic Skills Test.  Enrollment is by application, which should be planned well in advance of the quarter start date.  Credit for classes taken at accredited educational institutions will be evaluated upon receipt of an official transcript of grades.

Transferability of Credits  

Trumbull Business College has an Articulation Agreement with DeVry University so you can earn a DeVry Bachelor’s Degree in only 16 months after you complete an Associate Degree program at Trumbull Business College.

Financial Assistance

Trumbull Business College participates in a number of financial aid programs available to eligible students enrolled in approved programs.   Interested applicants should contact the Financial Assistance Office so a financial package can be developed.  

Also, Trumbull Business College participates in two scholarship programs. To be eligible (excluding cost of books, supplies, lab fees, and registration fee) you must be a graduating high school senior. Applications may be obtained from your high school guidance counselor.
